Garden Route Gliding

Fly with us in our quiet motorised gliders over the playground of the whales and dolphins in the protected waters of Plettenberg Bay.
We have been operating from Stanley Island in the Keurbooms Lagoon, for the past 8 years.

A typical flight with our highly experienced pilots would last about 30 minutes and would return from Natures Valley or a flight around the Robberg Peninsula and beyond.
The outward leg is at a fairly low altitude over the surf with stunning scenery and excellent chances of good sightings of whales and dolphins, "the best game viewing in Africa".

On the way back we climb up to a couple of thousand feet (you get the chance to fly yourself). The motor is switched off and we glide silently back to the airfield.
We offer one of the most unforgettable experiences on the Garden Route, unique to South Africa and probably the world.

For the more adventurous we can add in a couple of loops, "bungy jumps" etc.

We also offer accommodation perfect for the romantic retreat or for a group of fly-in.
